In addition the double ball expansion joint is much smaller than traditional pipe loops and is therefore an ideal solution for installations with tight spatial constraints.

Materials choice matters greatly for the performance of ChangYuan’s double ball expansion joint. The spherical parts are made of good quality alloys like 316L stainless steel. The central spool material is selected based on application requirements – carbon steel for industrial standard or exotic alloys for chemical environments. Our graphene-infused PTFE composite sealing technology delivers unmatched leak prevention and durability.
