During the production of existing metal corrugated hoses, the joint needs to be fixed against the end face of the corrugated pipe, and then butt welded using a welding gun. When welding metal corrugated hoses with this structure, due to the thin wall thickness of the corrugated pipe, high-temperature welding guns are prone to damage and inconvenience to the corrugated pipe, and the welding ring between the corrugated pipe and the joint is located on the outer side of the corrugated pipe and the joint

After cutting off the corrugated pipe, cover it with a net cover and cut it off together. Cover both ends with protective sleeves to prevent the mesh from spreading. Weld the corrugated pipe and mesh sleeve sheath together first. Then perform secondary welding on the required nuts on the casing.
